Information is communicated to clients in a professional manner, providing on all aspects of our service on a regular basis. Both the fleet and operations departments are interactive and maintenance programs such as fuelling systems and vehicle engine management systems are frequently modernised.
Our track and trace system gives customers 24-hour access to track goods, so customers can follow their goods en route.
Proof of delivery is of the utmost importance to our clients and Booth understands this requirement. All deliveries are scanned for access either through email, online on the web, or as a CD with weekly or monthly invoices. Print outs are also available.
KPI's are designed to suit your needs. Our utilities allow for the extracting of information from our system in a variety of formats from the simplest CSV files, to specifically designed spreadsheet or database files. This is useful for the exporting of data into your system for cost analysis or transit time reporting.
Electronic invoicing is also available, along with bookings by web, phone or fax.
